Building a hup! is easy
Often it feels overwhelming to start an extension — briefing an architect, navigating Building Regs, finding a reliable builder. With hup! that pre-project anxiety vanishes. One team handles the entire project, including the work normally done by an architect. Four decisions and you're underway.

Footprint
We visit, look at your existing base, and agree the shape and size of your new extension. Go as big as you sensibly can to maximise space — but leaving enough garden to enjoy.

Windows & Doors
Decide where you want windows and doors. Think about where kitchen units, the TV, fireplaces or furniture will go. Frame the best views with picture windows or wide bifolds.

Roof
Pick a flat, lean-to or pitched roof. Three times more natural light comes through the roof than the windows — so decide carefully where rooflights or a lantern go.

Wall Finish
Choose brick for a traditional match to the house, render for a clean modern look, or timber cladding for warmth. Plastered inside, so it feels like a real room from day one.
