The best way for us to issue a quotation is to pop out to your home to discuss your requirements and take initial measurements. We can then tailor your quote to what you require and email this over to you, to look through in your own time. We offer free, no obligation quotations and never pressure an on the spot sale.

Yes, we do recommend contacting us to arrange an appointment. As we are also out and about on home visits, there may not always be someone there and answer your questions.
If you require replacement glass, especially in the instance where it has become damaged, the quickest way for us to get a quote over is if you can send a photo of the window/glass, along with measurements of the height & width of the glass area. We can then use this to provide an initial quotation.
If you are happy to proceed, we can then arrange to come out and measure up.
No, we do not make our own glass. This is made to order from various suppliers. We can assist with replacement glass for windows & doors, however other glass for example furniture, mirrors etc you would need to contact a Glazier.
Yes, we can assist with cat flap installation. If you are wanting to install a cat flap into glass, you would need a new glass unit made with the hole cut out at the factory. We generally advise you purchasing the cat flap first; we can then take the requirements from the manufacturer instructions of required hole sizes and pass this on to the glass supplier for production.
We can also install cat flaps into new or current door uPVC panels.
We accept payment via BACS, Cash or Cheque. We also accept debit and credit card payments (excluding AMEX and business/corporate cards).
